Super Eight T20 missing many stars.

The Super Eight T20, Pakistan's domestic T20 tournament in which the country's top eight teams face-off, will begin on June 24 without many star players, including Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Akhtar and Abdul Razzaq.Shoaib Akhtar, retired from all forms of the game at the end of this year's World Cup, while Afridi and Abdul Razzaq are just two of many Pakistan players who have chosen to play with English counties instead.

Offspinner Saeed Ajmal and fast bowler Wahab Riaz will also miss the domestic tournament due to county commitments with Worcestershire and Kent. Other prominent names missing from the series include the banned trio of Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir.Wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal will play the domestic league for Lahore Lions after being denied permission to take part in the Bangladesh domestic league. Misbah-ul-Haq, Mohammad Yousuf, Shoaib Malik, Sohail Tanvir and Mohammad Sami will captain sides in the competition. Players like Imran Farhat, Danish Kaneria, Faisal Iqbal and Hasan Raza will also miss the tournament, as they are not eligible to play, having represented teams that did not finish in the top eight in the Faysal Bank T-20 Cup last season.
UAE will host Srilanka and England series against Pakistan.
Pakistan will play their 'home series' scheduled for later this season against Sri Lanka and England in the UAE, the PCB has confirmed. With security concerns keeping teams from travelling to Pakistan, the UAE been chosen to host the series, ahead of Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.
Pakistan will play three Tests, five ODIs and a Twenty20 against Sri Lanka in October-November 2011. The itinerary for the England series will be "finalised soon" and will reportedly feature three Tests, up to five ODIs and one or two Twenty20 games in January-February 2012.
Afghanistan, who played against Pakistan A in May this year, were the first international team to tour Pakistan since March 2009, when the touring Sri Lanka team were shot at in Lahore.

Court stays PCB proceedings against Afridi
The Sindh High Court has stayed the PCB disciplinary committee's proceedings against former captain Shahid Afridi, and asked the board and the Pakistan sports ministry to appear before it on June 9. The court's decision comes after Afridi had filed a petition challenging the validity of the sanctions imposed on him by the PCB.

Pakistan lost by 7 runs against Westindies.
Pakistan lost by 7 runs against Westindies in the first and the only T20 match in Westindies.
It is not a good start from Pakistani cricket team in this seris but young players like Asad Shafiq and Umer Akmal played well.
Westindies players are good at ground fielding, they fielding well from which they stops many runs for their team and finally they acheive success. On the other hand Pakistani players fielders improved their fielding but not good yet.
Now Paksitan have to win the One day and test series.

Sammy remains as captain of Westindies Cricket team.
Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard were not eligible for selection because they did not play in the Caribbean T20 earlier this year, there is also no place for Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Ramnaresh Sarwan or Sulieman Benn, though Darren Sammy retains his place as captain.
